Train your legs 2-3x per week and aim to perform 10-20 sets weekly (for quads and hamstrings). _ 2. Heavy compound lifts should be the meat of your workouts. Start off with heavy squats and Weighted Hip Thrusts and then move on to the smaller isolation lifts for more volume. _ 3. Progressive Overload: When it comes to building muscle—glutes or otherwise—there is one thing for certain: it’s not going to happen unless you get progressively stronger. I don’t care how dialed in your nutrition is or how consistently you’re hitting the weight room, if you’re not stimulating growth through new stress, you’re not going to build muscle tissue. _ 4. What is going on with all the criticism nowadays 🙄. It seems like it doesn’t matter how you look, people will always find a reason to criticise. I see it constantly on social media, but isn’t the whole purpose of life that you feel comfortable in your own skin, and that you accept a person like he/she is? • Unfortunately, I also belong to the group that always gets criticism. But a good friend of mine told me to stop listening to these people and start focusing on a body and lifestyle I would feel happy about and not what others want.
